Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the stage of service already completed and any third-party costs already incurred.

If you need to cancel or change a tourist visa enquiry, contact Eazy4 as early as possible so the team can confirm the options available.

Some advisory or document-review work may be non-refundable once it has been started.

For the USA expedited appointment desk, if no faster slot is secured within 30 days, the case downgrades to the regular plan and the service-fee difference is refunded.
