Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation at any stage of your Eazy4 case. The refund you receive depends on how far along the work is at the time of the request.
Refund Schedule
- Before case activation: Full Eazy4 service fee refunded.
- After case activation, before document review begins: 75% of Eazy4 service fee refunded.
- After document review has started: 50% of Eazy4 service fee refunded.
- After application has been filed or slot has been booked: No refund on service fee. Government and third-party fees are non-refundable.
Government and Third-Party Fees
Government visa fees, biometrics fees, VFS/BLS VAC service charges, and any other third-party fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. These fees are set by and paid to government authorities or their appointed agents.
USA Expedited Desk - Specific Condition
If you are on the Eazy4 USA expedited appointment desk plan and no faster appointment slot is secured within 30 days of case activation, Eazy4 will automatically downgrade your case to the standard plan. The difference in service fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
How to Cancel
Submit your cancellation request in writing to support@eazy4.com with your case reference. A member of the team will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund within 2 working days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional business days depending on your bank.
